Media Use Agreement

By purchasing a dog from Jitterbug Kennels, the buyer grants Jitterbug Kennels a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any photographs, videos, or other media featuring the dog & offsping, regardless of who captured the content. This includes images or videos taken by the buyer or any third party after the sale. Jitterbug Kennels may use such media for advertising, marketing, breeding promotion, educational content, website use, and social media at its discretion, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The buyer retains ownership of their original content; however, they agree that Jitterbug Kennels has the unrestricted right to use, repost, and publish such media without compensation.

Image, Likeness & Commercial Use Protection

All names, images, videos, pedigrees, and likenesses of dogs bred or owned by Jitterbug Kennels including their offspring are protected and may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior written authorization. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: Merchandise (shirts, hats, stickers, posters, etc.) Advertising or marketing by third-party businesses. Use in logos, branding, or kennel promotion not affiliated with Jitterbug Kennels. Paid promotional content or sponsorships. This restriction does not apply to: legitimate breeding use by the legal owner of the dog, litter announcements or stud advertisements, pedigree documentation, non-commercial sharing of ownership-related content. However, any use of Jitterbug Kennels dogs’ images in third-party branding, merchandise, or paid promotional campaigns unrelated to direct breeding documentation requires written authorization. This restriction applies regardless of where the image originated, including photos taken by owners, third parties, or publicly shared content. Unauthorized commercial use of Jitterbug Kennels dogs or related media is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
